My name is Bernard Von Barnett, Sr. I am a black male age 50, born Sept 2, 1960. I will be home in (18 months - 2 years) - unknown as the appeal process is unpredictable so I add a year to the target release date. A law was changed in August 2010 that will secure my release but I have to wait in line as it affected thousands.
I work out (5 days) a week and fast monthly. I am 6’ 1”, 215lbs, eyes brown, hair black (thinning). To know me is to love me. I have two college degrees. I have never smoked, zero drug use in my entire life, no fat, excellent health and spirits. My crime is ‘money laundering’. I washed millions of dollars for a drug cartel (cocaine). They got caught, told on me to get less time. Funny thing is I was given more time than them as I wouldn’t tell and they informed on others. I would die before I put my family members in jail but that is how the system works. You must tell (informant) to get less time. “I refused”!!!
